BroBex Marketing — Free 30-Day SEO Trial

Company: BroBex Marketing ("BroBex," "we," "us")

Client: The business or individual who applies for the free 30-day SEO trial ("you," "Client")

1. What This Offer Is

BroBex Marketing will provide 30 days of SEO services at no charge.
This includes an SEO audit, competitor research, keyword research,
and on-page and local optimizations.

The retail value of this service is $1,000.

No payment is collected before, during, or after the free 30 days unless
you choose to continue as a paying client.

2. Eligibility

Spots are limited to two (2) active free-trial clients at any time.
BroBex reserves the right to approve or decline any application.
Approval is not guaranteed.

3. Client Responsibilities

Your participation is required for this to work. Delays caused by you are not our fault.

Specifically, you agree to:

If you do not respond within 2 business days of a request, work may pause.
BroBex is not responsible for reduced output or incomplete deliverables caused
by your delays or non-responsiveness.

BroBex reserves the right to terminate this free trial immediately if required
credentials or other material requests are not provided within 2 business days.

If the agreement is terminated for this reason, no further obligations exist on either side.

4. Credentials and Account Access

You are responsible for providing accurate, working credentials.
BroBex will use access only to perform the agreed SEO services.
We will not share, sell, or misuse your login information.

If credentials are incorrect, unavailable, or withheld,
BroBex cannot be held responsible for incomplete work during the trial period.

5. No Guarantee of Rankings, Traffic, or Revenue

SEO results take time. Thirty days is a starting point, not a finish line.

BroBex does not guarantee:

What we do guarantee is that real, documented SEO work will be performed on your behalf,
with daily updates and weekly video check-ins showing exactly what was done.

6. Limitation of Liability

BroBex Marketing is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental,
or consequential damages arising from the free trial.

This includes but is not limited to:

SEO involves working within platforms (Google, Bing, etc.) that BroBex does not own or control.

Changes to those platforms can affect results independent of our work.

In all cases, BroBex's maximum liability to you is limited to $0.00,
since no payment was made.

7. After the Free 30 Days

At the end of your trial, you have two options:

If you choose to continue, a separate service agreement will be provided at that time outlining your custom pricing and scope of work.

The month-to-month arrangement can be canceled by either party with 30 days written notice.

8. Ownership of Work

All improvements made to your website and Google Business Profile during the free trial belong to you.

BroBex does not retain ownership of, or remove, work already completed if you choose not to continue.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep each other's business information,
strategies, and credentials confidential.

BroBex will not share your business data with third parties outside of what is required to perform the services (such as third-party SEO tools).

10. Acceptable Use

You confirm that your business is legal, that you own or have authorization to make changes to the website provided,
and that the credentials you share are yours to share.

BroBex reserves the right to end the free trial immediately if your business or website is found to violate any laws or platform terms of service.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
Any disputes will be handled in Los Angeles County.

12. Agreement

By submitting an application at brobex.org/free-seo-trial-qualification,
you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
